May 19: Birthday of Malcolm X and Ho Chi Minh, two great revolutionary fighters for social justice and national liberation.
In light of everything I experienced yesterday:
I was able to see a lot of people’s true colors, and some weren’t pretty while others proved to be very humorous and sympathetic (I can only name three).
What is the most hilarious thing about this entire experience is that all the “Good Samaritans” who stepped forward proved to be not unlike the spam that was blowing its load all over my Twitter. A lot of people acted like my being spammed was a personal attack against them.
HOW BACKWARDS! Me being spammed was somebody else’s attack against me!
This entire experience just shows how selfish this navel-gazing technologically rich era is.
Of all the redundant messages yesterday, only one made me laugh: Behnam’s.
So, thank you the three of you for being humorous and sympathetic in light of what I went through yesterday and not treating me like I was a dumbass.
